ABOUT ME

I’m Laura Pope: a professional chef and cookery teacher with 20 years’ experience.

 

I believe food should be beautiful, joyful and shared - not another source of stress.

 

Classically trained at Leith’s School of Food & Wine, I honed my love of seasonal, vegetable-led cooking at the legendary Chez Panisse in California and Ottolenghi in London.

 

I’ve spent years cooking for private households and running relaxed, inspiring cookery classes from my Dorset kitchen. Along the way, I’ve learned that it’s not just about what’s on the plate - it’s about how you feel while making it.
